Yoga for older bodies
As a teacher who has tipped into her sixties, I appreciate the benefits yoga offers as our bodies age.
Ageing doesn't mean falling apart or accepting that less mobility, flexibility and strength are all we can expect.
Yoga keeps the body and mind healthy throughout our lives - particularly in the autumn and winter of our lives when we probably need it the most.
Let's enjoy our age!
My classes are suitable for all levels and anyone who wants to find out a bit more about yoga. Don't think that gentle yoga means that you won't find it challenging!
