The quickest way to still an overworked mind is simply by turning your attention to your breath. Just focus on the breath being drawn in and out through your nostrils.
A series of gentle movements designed to help you focus on your breathing and learn how to use abdominal breathing to transform your life. Followed by an extended relaxation session.
No need to change as long as you are wearing comfortable clothing you can lie down in.
