Finding the right yoga class can be a journey in itself. Once you start looking, you find loads of choice. You can become overwhelmed and confused by all the different types of yoga that are currently on offer.

If a doctor advises you to attend a class, please do a little research beforehand. You might end up in a hard-core class which is really only suitable for strong, young bodies. Click here for a brief description of the different types of yoga.

My own classes are quite flowing and slow. I like to focus on the spine - strengthening it and making it more supple. I also make sure we relax at at the end of a class. Yoga should build and strengthen your energy, not deplete it.

Classes are now on Zoom. If you are interested in joining, please email me on ninianetta@yahoo.co.uk or text me on 07946294658 for further information. The cost is £4 per class.
