![]() The Breathing Break Club restarts on April 13th. There will be just one session at 1 o'clock. It is a great way to learn how to breath more fully and find time to relax. No need to change but make sure you are in something that is comfortable to lie down in and bend your legs. Hope to see you there. The class lasts 45 minutes and costs £5. Gentle Hatha Yoga Class Wednesday afternoons from 2 to 3.15 I am also planning to start a gentle yoga class on Wednesday afternoons. It will be 1 hour and 15 minutes. It will focus on keeping the internal organs healthy and keeping the spine supple and strong. It is suitable for older folk, fatter folk and those suffering from conditions such as ME or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or find themselves generally lacking in energy and oomph.
