Yoga really is for everyone. Like anything else it just takes perseverance. Here is an extract from the classic 16th century manual on yoga:
Anyone who practises can acquire siddhis (success), but not he who is lazy. Yoga siddhis are not obtained by merely reading textbooks.
Nor are they reached by wearing yoga garments or by conversation about yoga, but only through tireless practice. This is the secret of success. There is no doubt about it.
Caroline practises and teaches yoga in Glasgow Scotland and runs The Publishing Cupboard. She is the creator of the Nod off Series (where yoga meets grammar learning). If you want to get to grips with French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese grammar, in a pain-free yogic way, visit www.nodoff.co.uk
