Passage meditation

PictureEknath Easwaran
Two or three years ago I came across this yogi. I really liked what he said and took up passage meditation. Every morning (just for a few minutes) I recite silently the same passage. And it really does work. The words and meaning become embedded in your mind and flash up when you're in need.
Click on his photo to find out more about passage meditation, Eknath Easwaran and his teachings.
He has such a lovely face and smiling eyes, his gentle philosophy shines through.

'Nothing can be more important than be able to choose the way we think.'
