The hare and the tortoise

Everyone knows the fable about the hare and the tortoise and how in the end it is the tortoise that wins the race. Yoga is a bit like the race and it's not being flash, fast, fit or kitted out that count. The key is just deciding to take part and establishing a regular practice. Nothing could be more simple.
